Welcome to Nokia Care Woodmead Nokia Care Woodmead is the flagship Nokia Care Centre in South Africa. This Care Centre offers a holistic solution to consumers providing not only in and out of warranty repair services, but also support for all the Nokia services including the Nokia Ovi Store, Nokia Music Store, Nokia Mail for Exchange, Nokia Messaging and Cellphone Accessory Sales. We offer a VIP 1-hour repair service for those customers that cannot do without their phone for extended periods of time (T's & C's apply). Come and visit us at our Nokia Care Store should you require any support and guidance for synchronization of Nokia devices pertaining to laptop computers or notebooks, backups and other technical support that may be required. Should you not be able to deliver your phone to the store, please book a collection for your device and we will send one of our drivers to collect your device for a nominal fee (T's & C's apply). Nokia currently operates the world’s largest voluntary mobile device recycling scheme with drop-off points in over 5000 Nokia Care Points around the world. The Woodmead store is the most recent addition to this list, with a fixed recycle bin. Any brand of mobile device can be dropped in this bin for safe recycling. |
